## Why Primacy ITS exists

In a small organisation, IT rarely arrives in neat departments. Users, devices, Microsoft 365, suppliers, security and increasingly AI often land with the same person.

Primacy ITS is being developed by Winston Brown as a practical resource for that situation: useful explanations, checklists and guidance that help you make progress.

## What to expect

- Clear scope and prerequisites.
- Steps that explain what to change and why.
- Verification, common mistakes and recovery considerations.
- Visible dates and references for technical claims.

## Editorial approach

Guides should distinguish confirmed product behaviour, recommended practice and operational opinion. Content is reviewed for relevance and accuracy before publication.
